Mary Beth began her career in Senior Living over thirty years ago in Ohio. Most of her time was spent working for a family owned organization where she opened their first full continuing care community. She went on from there to be a Regional Administrator and Director of Operations for a regional and then a national company. That opportunity brought her to Colorado in 2015. Mary Beth most recently comes from a local Senior Living company as Executive Director. Her love of seniors comes from her relationship with her grandparents who moved from Nebraska to Florida while she was in high school to live with her family. It was there she saw the day to day triumphs and challenges of family caring for family. Mary Beth graduated from St Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN and holds a Nursing Home as well as an Assisted Living Administrator’s license. She and her husband, Chris of thirty years love the Colorado outdoors as well as spending time with their three adult children who also reside in Colorado.

Adrienne grew up in a small town outside of Pittsburgh and has been a resident of Colorado since 1998. “My father and I volunteered at local nursing homes when I was 11 years old – this has had a profound influence on my passion to work with seniors.” Studying dietetics in college, Adrienne supported a local assisted living by creating specialized dietary menus for the residents and then had a wonderful opportunity to open a large senior community in southern Denver in 2006. With 15 plus years of experience in senior living, Adrienne continues to be inspired by the love and insight of her residents. “Some of my most genuine interactions and inspirational moments in life have been with seniors.” When she is not at the community, Adrienne enjoys doing anything outdoors, healthy cooking, and spending time with her 15-year old son.

A native of Denver, having grown up close to Village at Belmar. Eric Korb comes to us with a background in New Home Sales, Hospitality, and most recently spent the past 5 years working for the Denver Rescue Mission as a Volunteer Coordinator. He has a degree in Human Services and is currently working towards his master’s degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University. Eric has a passion for people and community. He is a resident of Wheat Ridge and enjoys sports, music and reading. In his free time, Eric likes spending time with his dog Kacey and his son Christian.

Erin has been a resident of Colorado for the past 30 years, where she and her husband, Jeff, have raised their three sons. With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, including 11 years with the Alzheimer’s Association, Erin is deeply committed to supporting families impacted by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Her work has centered on providing resources, care, and hope to those navigating the challenges of these diseases. Outside of her professional work, Erin enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and volunteering to further causes close to her heart.

Originally from Vero Beach, Florida, Kelly moved to Colorado in the Fall of 2021 to pursue her love of the great outdoors. Kelly graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and has since continued her education to become NASM Senior Fitness certified. After graduation, she worked as a fitness director for a local retirement community in Florida, teaching balance, strength, and aerobic classes (just to name a few) and offered personal training sessions. Kelly loves working with seniors and helping them get stronger and more confident both inside and outside the gym. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with the residents and listening to their life stories. When she isn’t in the fitness center with the residents, you can find Kelly exploring everything Colorado has to offer, like going on hikes and trying new food, and traveling the world.

As a Colorado Native, Kim has always been drawn to the Hospitality and Food Business. 10 years ago, she ventured into Senior Living and has never looked back. She enjoys creating memories for Residents and their families by executing an elevated culinary program where they like to have fun, serve creative meals and enjoyable events. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family.

Chef Lupe Gurrola is an accomplished Executive Chef in senior living who began her culinary journey from humble roots as a dishwasher, working her way up with dedication and passion for the craft. With over 20 years of experience, Lupe is committed to providing exceptional dining experiences that bring comfort, warmth, and joy to residents. She is known for scratch-made menus that balance nutrition with flavor, honoring residents’ preferences while introducing fresh, engaging options. Lupe believes in building strong, caring kitchen teams. Her attention to detail ensures consistent quality while maintaining the personal touches that matter most in senior living communities. Outside the kitchen, Lupe enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Colorado.

Michael is a Colorado native. He has 20 plus years of auto mechanic experience. He is master certified in Toyota, Lexus, GM and Audi manufacturers. As a part time job, he was a maintenance technician for an Athletic club chain. He serviced exercise equipment, spas, hot tubs and pools. About 12 years ago, he started doing renovations for a senior living company. That position eventually grew into a full time EVS/Maintenance director position. Anyone that knows him says there is nothing he cannot figure out or fix. He is an avid motorcycle rider and owns three motorcycles at the moment. If it is sunny outside you will find him riding. You could say that he is solar powered so anytime he can be outside he is happy. Michael has four German Shepherds who keep him out of trouble and there is not an animal that he does not love. He keeps a fairly active and healthy lifestyle, and he is usually in the gym at least 6 times a week.

Robin is a home-grown, Colorado native and comes to Hilltop Reserve Community as the Director of Resident Services. She has a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Wellness from Colorado State University and ten years work experience in senior living. Robin’s passion for seniors comes from personal experience, caring for her grandparents, and currently, for her parents who reside in Colorado Springs. Robin additionally has a rich background in the not-for-profit sector, coordinating community volunteers and implementing outreach and health education programs. As a volunteer, she has served on board of directors for various not-for-profits with goals of improving lives of families across Colorado. Robin’s goal in joining Hilltop Reserve is to provide a well-rounded, active, high quality of life residents can enjoy on a daily basis. While Robin is not at work, she enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends in her home. She also enjoys walking, fly fishing, hiking, and playing golf in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.

Growing up in California, Stevany always had a desire to become a nurse. As a teen, Stevany would volunteer at the nursing home where her mom worked, engaging with the residents and leading activities. It was then Stevany discovered her calling to provide compassionate care in senior living. She moved to Colorado in 2008 and began her nursing career as an LPN in 2015. Stevany worked 8 years as a Medical Supervisor in the plasma donation industry. Although it was rewarding working to help produce life-saving medications for patients around the world, Stevany decided it was time to pursue her true passion of making an impact in senior living. Stevany joined the Hilltop Reserve team in June 2023 and later that year became the Health Services Director. Stevany believes wholeheartedly that it is important in any care profession to not only provide exceptional care but also to build meaningful relationships with those we serve. She helps guide our team of nurses to ensure residents receive quality care and are treated with the utmost respect and dignity as their healthcare needs evolve. Stevany loves spending time with her family, traveling, and finding new restaurants to try out.
